Dedicate a Pinterest board to your team: Social Media Marketing is all about connecting your band with your online audience in a personal and intimate way that traditional marketing does not facilitate. What better way to get personal with your audience then to create a Pinterest board dedicated to your company’s team?

On your team’s Pinterest board, include an image of the key figures in your company along with a blurb explaining that team member’s role. To make things a little more personal, include brief details about each person’s hobbies, favourite foods, family life, or really anything that your team feels comfortable sharing that won’t come across as an overshare to your audience.

Cover a wide breadth of topics: Pinterest is a wonderful world full of great content just waiting to be shared and interacted with. With all the sharing possibilities, avoid sticking to a narrow topic.

While it is important to keep your activities on Pinterest on-brand, it’s a good idea to cover fringe topics on your Pinterest boards as well.
